• Geographic Restrictions: You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal and not prohibited by local, state, or national law. Cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmation (typically 3-6 confirmations). You are responsible for ensuring that deposits originate from payment methods registered in your own name.

4.4 Deposit Ownership

All deposits must originate from legitimate sources lawfully owned by you. kp77 strictly prohibits deposits from third-party payment methods, stolen cards, fraudulent accounts, or sources connected to money laundering or criminal activity. Deposits found to violate this provision will be reversed, and accounts permanently terminated with referral to law enforcement authorities.

5. Withdrawals and Payout Procedures

5.1 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless circumstances require alternative arrangements approved by kp77 management. 6. Bonuses and Promotions

Management decisions regarding bonus disputes are final and binding.

7. Gameplay Rules and Fair Gaming

kp77 is committed to providing fair, transparent gaming experiences certified by independent testing laboratories. All slot games, live casino tables, and random number generators (RNG) undergo regular third-party audits to ensure compliance with international gaming standards and published Return to Player (RTP) percentages.

7.1 Game Rules

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kp77 and constitute grounds for immediate account termination, balance forfeiture, and potential legal action:

• Money Laundering: Using kp77 services to conceal the origins of illegally obtained funds, structuring transactions to avoid reporting requirements, or depositing funds without genuine gambling intent.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, designs, text, images, videos, and other materials displayed on kp77 (collectively "Content") are the exclusive property of kp77, its licensors, or content providers and are protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use kp77 services strictly for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to: (a) download, copy, reproduce, or distribute any Content; (b) modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or systems; (c) remove copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary markings; (d) use Content for commercial purposes or public display; (e) frame or mirror any portion of the website without written permission.

Unauthorized use of kp77 intellectual property may result in civil liability for damages and criminal prosecution under applicable laws. kp77 actively monitors and enforces its intellectual property rights through legal action when necessary.

10. Limitation of Liability

11. Account Suspension and Termination

11.1 Suspension

kp77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend your account with or without prior notice if: (a) we suspect fraudulent activity, terms violations, or irregular gameplay; (b) you fail to complete requested KYC verification within specified timeframes; (c) chargebacks or payment disputes are filed against your account; (d) your jurisdiction prohibits online gambling; (e) we receive reports of abusive or harassing behavior; (f) technical investigations require temporary access restrictions.

During suspension periods, you will not be able to place bets, access games, make deposits, or request withdrawals. Suspended accounts remain subject to all Terms and Conditions. kp77 will communicate suspension reasons and resolution procedures via registered email address.

11.2 Termination by kp77

kp77 may permanently terminate your account immediately without prior notice if you: (a) violate any provision of these Terms and Conditions; (b) provide false information or falsified documents; (c) create multiple accounts or assist others in doing so; (d) engage in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; (e) fail to meet age or eligibility requirements; (f) use automated software or exploit system vulnerabilities; (g) engage in money laundering or criminal activity.

Upon termination, all pending bets will be settled according to official results, bonus balances will be forfeited, and any remaining real money balance may be returned to you after deducting applicable fees, contested amounts, and violations-related forfeitures. kp77 reserves the right to withhold funds subject to ongoing investigations or legal proceedings.

11.3 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours. Upon closure, all pending bonuses will be forfeited, active bets will be settled, and remaining balances will be returned via your verified payment method. Voluntary closures are permanent and cannot be reversed. Re-registration may be permitted at kp77's sole discretion after a minimum 6-month cooling-off period.

12. Changes to Terms

kp77 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the website unless otherwise specified. 13.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that disputes with kp77 will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits, class arbitrations, or representative actions against kp77. This waiver applies even if the arbitration rules or procedures would otherwise allow class proceedings.
